My journey into coaching was heavily influenced by my own mental health and the realization that so much of the wellness space only showed the polished highlight reel. I rarely saw honest conversations about struggling with mental health, or simply trying to take care of yourself while balancing real life. That disconnect made me realize wellness needed to come from a place of support, education, and realism, not pressure or perfection.

My approach combines evidence-based guidance with real-life strategies. Around here, we focus on progress over perfection, consistency over extremes, and creating a version of wellness that actually fits your life instead of competing with it.
