What exactly is health coaching?
Think of me as your wellness GPS: you tell me where you want to go, I help you find the best route, and when you hit a detour, I reroute—without judging your snack choices.
How is this different from a personal trainer or nutritionist?
Personal trainers focus on workouts. Nutritionists focus on food. I look at all the stuff—habits, mindset, routines, stress, sleep—and help you create a plan that doesn’t make you want to cry into your salad.
Do I have to follow a specific diet?
Nope. I’m not the food police. We’ll work on balanced, realistic eating habits that fit your life—and yes, that can include carbs, chocolate, or tacos.
Will you make me give up coffee, wine, or chocolate?
That would be rude. And unrealistic. We’re aiming for balance, not misery.
Do you give meal plans?
I give you meal ideas, recipes, and guidance—but no rigid eat-this-exact-thing-at-2:37pm type plans. You’re not a robot.
Can you help me lose weight?
If that’s your goal, yes. If not, also yes. My job isn’t to shrink you—it’s to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized, whatever that looks like for you.
What if I have zero time for big changes?
Then you’re exactly who I work with. We start small—so small you’ll wonder if it’s even doing anything… until it totally is.
Do you work with people who hate exercise?
Absolutely. We’ll find movement you don’t dread. And no, it doesn’t have to be the gym—unless you like the gym, in which case, good for you.
What if I “fall off track”?
You will. You’re human. I’m here to help you get back on track without guilt, shame, or “starting over Monday.”
